“Customer Appreciation” Pic of the Last Supper Mosaic

Star Wars Last Supper Mosaic will never die! haha

This was sent to me from a friend who printed and framed it. I’m so happy to see it making it to people’s homes!!! :D

If you have a “customer appreciation” picture, please send it to me! I’ll post about it and link to wherever you like (appropriate, of course). Here’s my contact info

    GeekGlassware LLC is official!

Yay, I filed for an LLC. That makes me a CEO. Kind of cool I guess. I don’t feel any different, am I supposed to be getting a package in the mail that teaches me how to be a jerk, or will that just happen over time? ha ha, just kidding.

Seriously, though: Geekglassware.com is also now live, and so is the Etsy page, facebook page, and twitter account. Also made the subreddit for a small nest of future planning that I’ve got in mind with the help from my best CEO-friend, Samir Balwani (he owns and runs SiteFox.com. I traded him tech support for advice and all that :)

The homepage for geekglassware is just a landing page, takes you directly to my Etsy account (which I am both proud and sad to say is nearly sold out of inventory). More glasses coming soon!

      Geek Glassware Launching soon

More glass work on the way. Here’s some random ones

Just a teaser, I’ve made a Firefly (Serenity) glass, and another glass as a surprise gift for someone, which will be posted here after I give it to him/her (vagueness!)

Here were some templates I recently used (I totally forgot to take pictures of the actual glass after it was done)

This is a VOTIVE, not a shot glass. Was done as a sample request for a friend-of-a-friend kind of thing.

Those tiny holes are really tough to keep on under the massive pressure of a sand blaster.

Firefly template I used for a glass (Man those intricate lines are TOUGH!)

And of course, the glass we made (also banner) for team Andrew+Joe (two of my best BESTEST friends)

        View from the cockpit

Just hooked up my left flank monitor, sadly it’s a TN panel, so it’s viewing angle isn’t so hot.

My main two (Samsung 245BW) are both IPS though, but the third monitor was just sitting around…might as well, right?

There’s also a fourth, but it’s actually my bedroom TV mounted on the other side of the room, so while technically it’s a monitor, I don’t really use it for anything except watching my terabytes of movies/tv shows.

Here’s a photo from my actual seat (had to employ a low mag. fish eye)

if you look at the EXIF data, the shutter speed isn’t lying. I had to pause the movies so I could take a nice high aperture photo with no flash.

        Happy St. Patrick’s Day

I had the pleasure of spending mine in Boston :)
For some reason the shutter speed reports 1/350 for most of them, but in reality they varied beteen 750-1000. I think the post processing in photoshop may have screwed it up.
